Untitled, 2026

Somewhere between light and sound, space begins to soften and perception shifts. Through my practice, I explore how immersive environments can influence emotional states, creating works that are felt rather than simple seen. I am drawn to quietness, the subtle changes that occur when distraction begins to float away, inviting viewers into a moment of stillness with themselves.

My installation centres on the moment when something gathers, suspends, and releases. A slow continuous rhythm forms, softening time rather than marking it. Repetition becomes less about cycle and more about presence, drawing attention to what is often overlooked.

The space is minimal but not empty. Light diffuses gently, encouraging the eye to adjust and linger, while sound moves as a steady undercurrent. Together, they invite reflection, offering a space to pause and remain a little longer than expected.

Songbird, 2025

This installation focuses on how connections between Light, Sound and Fabric can create immersive environments that positively impact mental well-being. I explore how elemental components such as gentle lighting, air currents and soundscapes can evoke a sense of safety, emotional release and presence.

The soundscape was created through a process of layering nature recording such as water, birdsong, and wind, manipulated using software with an equaliser and pitch shifter to form frequencies. These were then layered with a meditative synth piano, subtle humming, and natural sounds to create a deeply personal, immersive atmosphere. For the lighting, I drew from colour psychology research, selecting a warm orange tone reminiscent of sunset, shown to promote relaxation and reduce stress. My installation is an intimate, sensory-based experience. Viewers are invited to step inside and experience the space for a few minutes, this combination is designed to gently overwhelm the senses – not in chaos, but in serenity, drawing attention to the quiet power of life’s simplest elements.

Keep watering yourself, you’re growing, 2025

Installation has the power to touch the intangible – to reach the spaces within us that words cannot, generating emotions and connections that remind us of our simple shared humanity. My practice is created to transform spaces into experiences where viewers can pause, reflect, and connect with a sense of lightness and an appreciation for themselves and the world around them. With a little bit of guidance, I strive to energize moments of real happiness and relief through installation.

Focusing on psychological research, motivated by artists such as James Turrell and Olafur Eliasson, I explore how elements such as colour, light and sound can influence human perception and emotional connections. I am fascinated with the relationship between art and neuroscience, investigating the psychological effects of sound frequencies and how spatial environments can influence our mental states. I aim to make my art a sacred space, weaving together the living threads of human spirit and nature through an installation of plants. In each leaf and branch, I seek to echo the silent unfolding of personal growth, where the growth of plants becomes a reflection of the emotional and spiritual journeys,we all navigate.

My work is a bond between the realms of spirituality and science, where the softsequence of nature meets the intelligence of the mind. Through my installations, I invite viewers to meditate and witness how we evolve as human beings. I invite the preciousness of life and the ways in which we, as humans, are bound to the earth, to science and to the unseen threads that connect all beings
